Local referee Bemo Wilson will be running his annual Bemo's Youth Basketball League (BYBL) once again this spring, starting on June 9-10 and running every Saturday and Sunday at Clifford Park (near 1010 Mass. Avenue). The league is for boys aged 16 and under and rosters can include as many as 12.
In Wilson's words, he is trying to provide opportunities for today's youth and the motto is “let's continue to shoot hoops, not guns.”
