Positive Coaching Alliance announced that Lynn English's Dax Billingsley, Sandwich's Molly McFarland and Abington's Danielle Panico were among six New England high school student-athletes named Triple-Impact Competitor Scholarship Winners.
They will be honored at the JEANS + JERSEYS: PCA’s Positive Impact Celebration on April 25 from 6–9 p.m. at the Hotel Commonwealth in Boston. PCA will celebrate the positive impact the evening’s honorees have had through sports—from uniting against racism to empowering women and inspiring all.
PCA selects Triple-Impact Competitors based on their essays explaining how they meet three criteria: personal mastery (making oneself better), leadership (making one’s teammates better), and honoring the game (making the game better), and on letters of support from school administrators, coaches, and teammates attesting to how the applicants exemplify Triple-Impact Competitor principles.
